School Improvement
We are constantly evaluating where our school is in our journey to improve. Through a combination of lesson observations, book scrutiny, talking to the children and data analysis we identify what we need to do next to keep improving.
We also benchmark this against the present Ofsted inspection framework and make judgements about how well we think we are doing as a school. This provides us with the areas of focus for the next academic year.
Every year we identify 3 main areas to work on, as well as planning next steps in a number of main curriculum areas. This is called our school development plan.
Below you will find documents linked to all of those with a summary of our present self evaluation. The full self evaluation summary document is always changing as we evaluate our school continually. It is available on request.
