At Moor End Community Primary School we want to encourage and develop a love of learning, friendship and community for our pupils that will stay with them throughout their lives
We are a one form Primary School in the heart of the Oswaldtwistle Community with a nursery class and special educational needs unit. We have a large, bright building with extensive playing fields, playgrounds and internal garden space that holds our Foundation outdoor area and gardens, including a pond full of frogs. We strive to combine the academic with the fun, encouraging independent learning; and have a developed curriculum that meets the needs of our children, in our community; preparing them for an ever-changing world.
Our ethos is simple: if your child feels happy and safe they will enjoy school and learn to grow both academically and as a young person. Please use this site to explore the school and see what we have to offer. Visits to the school are always welcome, and I would love to show you what makes Moor End so special.
