Year 6

WELCOME TO YEAR 6

 

Miss Clugston, Mrs Keightley and Mrs Harrison welcome you to Year 6.

 

HOMEWORK

We have homework for KS2 to embed learning in the following areas:

  • reading
  • spellings
  • tables

To begin with, homework will be a mixture of: TT Rockstars, Spelling Shed and Read Theory. Spellings and Tables will be given out weekly and the test will be on a Friday.

We ask for reading books to be in school every day. Please could parents encourage your child to complete at least 10 minutes reading each night.

 

PE KITS

We have weekly PE sessions. Please come to school in your PE kit on your day. PE is on Friday.

 

Any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact me through either seesaw or arrange a meeting and come in to see me.
